Founded in 2002, eModeration was set up by Tamara Littleton to deliver high-quality multi-lingual community management and moderation services, social media consultancy, and social media crisis management training and simulations to clients in a wide range of industry sectors. These include: automotive, kids’ brands, entertainment, gaming, FMCG, financial services, luxury brands, retail, fashion, media, pharmaceutical, publishing, and telecoms.
Since then, we have grown into one of the world’s most respected social media management agencies, with offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. Staffed by over 300 trained social media professionals, including live events moderation and community management teams, eModeration offers services in over 50 languages.
We’re very happy to be working with some of the world’s best-known brands (including ITV, MTV, ESPN, HSBC, Sony Mobile, Hyundai, Smirnoff, The LEGO Group, Sprint and The Economist).
We also work with leading digital agencies (for example, Starcom MediaVest, Wieden + Kennedy, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Worldwide, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Publicis Group).
Our people are key to our success and excellent client list. We take great pride in our staff, and they are happy to work for us. We carefully recruit and train moderators and community managers who are located throughout the world and who have excellent language skills. Their skills and experiences are matched to our client projects, and we believe that this makes a real difference to the quality of our work. All our staff are CRB checked regularly.
eModeration is proud to be a member of the Internet Watch Foundation, the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS) and the UK Direct Marketing Association (DMA). CEO Tamara Littleton was shortlisted for the 2013 First Women Awards in the Business Services category.
