Training and Workshops
Are you managing your social media in-house, but would like a helping hand in training staff? Emoderation is happy to provide workshops and training to small or large groups, either as part of an on-going package, or as stand-alone consultancy.
Please get in touch with your needs and we’ll tailor our training to suit. We will deliver it either in person (on your premises or ours) or remotely, depending on your location. Examples of the training we have provided include:
- Moderation training: legalities, conflict resolution, writing site terms, online safety, moderation guidelines, escalation procedures and so on.
- Community management training: all the above plus content creation, engagement, analysis and reporting.
- Social media crisis workshops: Either a half-day workshop designed to help brands integrate social media to their existing crisis plans, or a full scale near-reality exercise using the Social Media Simulator.
