Soft drink giant CocaCola is an early adopter of Facebook Timeline for Brands, putting together a glamorous page (monitored by 360i) complete with a timeline that goes way back to the 1880s. Things are not so sunny on the CocaCola Australian Facebook page, where an innocent word game goes awry. This week, CocaCola shows us its content plan (up to 2020!) and talks about how it monitors social media – transparency perfectly in line with its published social media principles.
