eModeration, a leading Social Media agency, is looking for Multilingual Moderators to work on Social Media projects. The role is a virtual one based from home.

The role would involve moderating user-generated content on allocated client sites and posting standard response templates where required. It reports into a localised Production Manager.

Key Accountabilities would include:

• Effective moderation of specified areas on client sites
• Accurate reporting of moderation work carried out
• Appropriate contact with users (where required by the client)

Key Responsibilities cover:

• Moderating in accordance with general eModeration guidelines and client-specific guidelines
• Carry out moderation according to a rota system
• Use templates to communicate with users appropriately and in line with the clients’ instructions
• Escalating user-generated content that falls within the official escalation processes (eg child safety, bomb threats)
• Completing shift reports
• Providing feedback to Project Group Managers and Production Manager/Director
• Work according to the company values

Desired Skills & Experience

We are looking for:

• Native ability in any of the languages listed above (several a bonus!)
• Strong English language
• Moderation experience (desirable)
• Basic Community Management experience (desirable)

• Sound judgement
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Tact and diplomacy
• Good organisational skills and ability to juggle several tasks
