eModeration is platform-neutral, and we don’t have a financial relationship with any of the platforms or tools which we use. We believe in recommending the appropriate systems to our clients based on their needs and our experience of working with them. In this way we can offer truly independent guidance, should it be required. We currently recommend the following tools to our clients:

Conversocial
Facebook’s own moderation tools are notoriously difficult and we have found that time is wasted trying to locate new content to moderate. This obviously costs more and introduces more risk of missing old comments on old posts. eModeration highly recommends the use of Conversocial, a moderation and management tool which brings many other benefits in terms of sophisticated reporting and management.
