eModeration is very proud of our moderator Dawn Kitchener, who was profiled last weekend in the UK's Guardian newspaper in A working life: the website moderator.

Dawn's interview revealed the importance of her job, the occasional stresses of moderation, and - we were very glad to see - the support and encouragement her colleagues and management offer.  Thanks for being such a great ambassador Dawn.
